During the presscon for his third studio album called Love Always, former Westlife member Shane Filan revealed that he would be recording a duet version of Lady Antebellum's 2010 track "Need You Now" with Filipina artist Sitti.

When asked how excited he is to meet the Pinay artist, he said, "I'm about to meet her actually - Sitti for the first time and it's my first duet in the Philippines as well which is gonna be pretty cool. We're singing a really really good song "Need You Know" from the album. And I love her version. It's been really really good. I haven't met her yet so I'm about to meet her. We'll sing tomorrow."

Having worked with a five-member group in the past, Shane Filan expressed his excitement for the release of his first-ever duet with a local artist.

"I'm really excited about it 'cause it's my first duet. It's pretty good every time I release a track it's really nice. But it's nice 'cause it's in the Philippines. And hopefully, people also would like the version, would like the song. It's such a good song, such a great song," he said.
