Rachel Alejandro was tapped to be on the cover of FHM Magazine’s March issue and the 44-year old singer-actress shared on Instagram that she actually “laughed out loud” and described the moment as “incredulous.”

Rachel, who is also the owner of The Sexy Chef, a specialized diet delivery service, shared her preparations before the photo shoot.

“Really? Me... at this age? Then I began to realize what kind of preparation it would take and swallowed hard. Keri ba? I needed at least 21 days to prepare! Flash forward to 3 weeks later and I'm there shooting with an amazing team and breathed a sigh of relief. These guys could make anyone look good and thank goodness, I was ready,” she wrote.

In the photo, Rachel flaunted her perfectly toned abs while wearing a black bra and a blazer.
