Following his video greeting for a politician which went viral on social media, Cesar released another video spoofing the online mishap recently. In a video greeting he sent to TV anchor Arnold Clavio, Cesar gamely copied the lines he said in his viral clip.

"Konsehal Igan happy birthday. Huwag mong kakalimutan na may Buboy na nagmamahal sa'yo," he said in the video.

Before he ended his greeting, he quipped, "Sorry walang background ha."

Cesar's video spoof already garnered 4,515 likes as of this writing. It was on October 30 when netizens were 'shookt' upon seeing a naked woman walking in the background of Cesar's birthday greeting to a kagawad.
