Blood proved to be thicker than water for Claudine Barretto as she recently reconciled with her siblings Joaquin "Jay-Jay" Barretto and Michelle "Mitchie" Barretto.

The Optimum Star took to her Instagram account on Wednesday, July 5, to post a photo of herself with her siblings and their mother Estrella "Inday" Barretto.

Claudine wrote an endearing caption where she briefly explained how important her brother is to her.

Jay-Jay for his part also posted a similar photo with the caption "Bonding. Dinner date with my two sisters."

This reunion marks the end of the nearly four-year feud between the siblings.

The actress even commented on her post and claimed that whatever happened in the past is all behind them now.

Most of Claudine's followers celebrated the reconciliation by showering the photos with comments of good luck.

The seven siblings—namely Mito, Michelle, Jay-Jay, Gia, Gretchen, Marjorie, and Claudine—were divided by Gretchen and and Claudine's rift.

While the two Barrettos in showbiz are no strangers to misunderstandings, their 2013 fall out had been the worst.

At that time Gretchen had Mito, Jay-Jay, Michelle, and Marjorie on her side while Gia and their parents Inday and Miguel Barretto sided wih Claudine.

The rift happened around the same time when Claudine's marriage with Raymart Santiago broke down.

At that point, Gretchen even claimed that Claudine was using illegal drugs and that they all wanted to have her enter a rehabilitation facility.

There was even an unfortunate moment when questions as to who really helped the family between Gretchen and Claudine were raised.

The Barretto matriarch, as well as Gia, wrote separate open letters for Gretchen debunking her claims and even banishing her from the family.

As of the moment, Marjorie, as well as her children, are often seen with her parents prompting netizens to assume that she is no longer on good terms with Gretchen.
