After 10 days, Francine Prieto’s husband Frank Shotkoski was finally able to return to the Philippines.

Francine’s husband was sanctioned with exclusion by the Bureau of Immigration after giving he said verbally attacked an immigration officer. A fuming Frank got into an accident on a defective escalator and he vented his ire on a passenger and an immigration officer last June 25.

“Nakabalik na siya, same arrival time, last night, at 11:55 P.M.,” shared Francine in an interview with PEP on Tuesday.

“Nakapag-apologize na rin siya sa mga immigration officer,” added Francine.

Frank, during an earlier report, expressed remorse over what he did and claimed that he wanted to apologize to the aggrieved airport officer.

“Wala lang dun yung immigration supervisor, nasa ibang terminal daw, and umaandar na yung escalator,” Francine shared.

According to Francine, Frank, who is an agricultural scientist, has been traveling to and from the country for almost 20 years now,

Francine tied the knot with her American husband Frank in Italy September of last year.
