Joel Cruz reportedly flew to Russia to welcome his third set of twins. The babies are carried by the same surrogate mother who gave birth to his other four children.
Like his previous pairs of twins Prince Sean and Princess Synne, and Prince Harry and Prince Harvey, whom he had in 2012, his new babies were conceived through in vitro fertilization.
