Hazel Ann Mendoza was an actress who starred as the sister of Yna Macaspac (Kristine Hermosa) in the original Pangako Sa’Yo series and was also part of the youth-oriented series Berks. She was also in the 2008 teleserye Eva Fonda. Since then, Hazel took a hiatus from the limelight.
According to a YouTube clip, Hazel opted the simpler life and is now a full-time mom to her two kids with husband, director Paul Basanillo.
