After ending her week long “silence” on her Instagram account, Kris TV host Kris Aquino revealed the true reason why she opted not to post anything for a week.

In a post on her blog With Love Kris Aquino on Monday night, February 8, the Queen of All Media shared that she has purposely stayed away from social media in part because she got sick. She revealed that another reason she went on a brief hiatus because “there were professional issues we needed to resolve.”

“I knew that by containing the situation- there was a very big chance that I would have a much stronger opportunity of fixing everything where everybody would feel blessed, and there won’t be anything that I would need to later on clean up,” she said.

The Queen of All Media went on to explain that while she understands that she has to give up her privacy as a public personality, she also realized that she can actually keep things to herself.

Among the things that she kept secret was a conflict she recently had with Bimby’s father, James Yap, which she did not express in detail.

“Co-parenting is exceptionally difficult, but in this case I believe Bimb’s father and I are equally to blame because we have been influenced by the opinion of our followers, and we have used social media to be our mediator,” she started.

“We recently had a misunderstanding, but neither of us shared the details, and we managed to reach a certain level of pacification that we both realize is for Bimb’s benefit,” she continued.

“Fingers crossed that we can maintain this level of maturity.”

A check on James’s Instagram account revealed nothing as well.

It was only last November when Kris took to her Instagram account to lament about how James ignored her invitations to Bimby’s first communion.

In fact, in place of James, Kris invited her good friend Vice Ganda to be with her for the occasion. However, it turned out that James made it to the event and even Kris posted about it on her Instagram account on that same day.
