Now that Pangako Sa 'yo has transitioned into book 2, Push.com.ph asked Daniel Padilla whether or not he had difficulties adjusting to the new story of the primetime serye.

'Hindi naman kasi yung character ko very light lang din naman, happy guy siya eh so hindi naman mahirap magpaka-happy guy so komportable lang talaga,' he said.

In book two, Sue Ramirez's character Joy (Ligaya) is introduced to the story. Daniel's scenes with the actress have been earning good feedback.

'Kasi si Sue naman kalog din yun eh so hindi mahirap makipagtrabaho kay Sue at hindi siya yung naaawkward na sa simula,' he said.

With a brand new story, Daniel shared that he works hand-in-hand with his ka-love team Kathryn Bernardo in making their scenes more beautiful. 'Nagtutulungan kaming dalawa like reading scripts kaming dalawa nagbabasa kami ng scripts. Tutulungan niya ako, tutulungan ko siya.'

Daniel remarked that he has learned a lot from doing Pangako Sa 'yo as an actor. 'Marami [akong natutunan] at tsaka marami akong naging totoong kaibigan sa Pangako yun naman yung special don eh na magkakaroon ka ng bagong kaibigan,” he stated.
