Even if she has been in showbiz for some years now, Kylie Padilla confessed that she gets star struck by her own cousin Daniel Padilla.

During the recently-concluded blog conference of their upcoming family action flick Sa Ngalan ng Ama, Ina at mga Anak, she surprisingly claimed that Daniel is apparently also popular on another network. “Oo naman! Sikat rin siya sa network namin. [Actually sa] buong Pilipinas,” she blurted.

Since she’s also active on Twitter, the 20-year-old actress admitted that as someone related to the Got to Believe star, her followers often flood her with tweets about him. “Actually ako minsan na-star stuck ako sa kanya. Hindi kasi I don’t mean to do it pero kasi pati sa Twitter ko puro Daniel. Parang nakakalimutan ko na pinsan ko siya. Parang ‘pag Daniel ‘Wow, hello?’ Parang ganon ang feeling ko minsan. Pero alam ko naman na ‘yung mga bonding namin sa set noon parang wow tao lang rin ‘yan,” Kylie explained.

Having worked with the him on Sa Ngalan ng Ama, Ina at mga Anak, as well as with other Padillas like her own father Robin, her uncle Rommel and her cousins RJ, Bela, and Matthew, allowed her to discover another facet of the Teen King. “He really cares [even if] he looks kind of rough,” she began. She continued, “Ah girls will like this! He’s a bad boy with a really good heart talaga.”

Apart from that, Kylie shared that she learned about how simple Daniel really is despite his celebrity status. “Mas nakilala ko siya, nakita ko ‘yung mga trait niya na hindi ko alam dati. Ano pala siya, simpleng tao. Kasi sabi niya sa akin ah, hindi naman talaga niya pinangarap na maging artista gusto niya talaga maging rakista,” Robin’s daughter shared. Although she’s older than him by just a year, Kylie said she also saw that Daniel is still very young.

Other than her uncle and cousins, Kylie also worked with her stepmother Mariel Rodriguez in the movie. With that she was quizzed as to how their relationship was, an issue which Kylie candidly addressed by saying, “Okay lang naman. We have a mutual understanding about our relationship.”

However she added that they are “not too close” because “Something changed eh. Probably because they've moved out. Dati kasi iisang bahay lang kami eh.” Robin married Mariel in 2010 in India.

Sa Ngalan ng Ama, Ina at mga Anak hits theaters on January 29.
