MANILA - BDO said its old website (https://www.bdo.com.ph/personal) will no longer be available by March 31, as it urged its clients to try logging in to its new website.

The country's biggest bank said users can go to the new website, click "Login" on the upper right hand side, click "Personal," click "BDO Online Banking (New)" then log in with their username and password. 

From there, users can add their accounts by clicking "Manage Accounts."

They can also add their frequent billers and schedule their recurring transactions on the Pay Bills tab.

BDO noted, however, that clients must delete any scheduled transactions set in the old Online Banking website to avoid any duplicate debits.

The lender earlier said its website will have a new user interface that will still allow its users to view account balances, transactions, and statements anytime, and send money to foreign currency accounts.

They can also send money via PESOnet or Instapay. Instapay transactions will have a lower fee of P10.

“We’re not only giving them the functions and features they use regularly, but we’ve put them in a fresh-looking new site that is secure, convenient, and accessible whether they are here or abroad," BDO Digital Banking Head Roy Villareal said.
